With more than 30 years of experience in marketing, public relations, print and broadcast media, Vicki is a perfect fit to work with Foster Marketing's vendor partners and the media to develop and showcase the award-winning creative produced for our clients.
Her communications career began while studying journalism at Henderson State University (Arkansas) where she was a staff writer in the university's public relations and sports information departments. She also worked as a stringer for the state's major newspapers and the AP radio network.
Later, she moved into broadcasting where she served as news director and production director at several stations. And she didn't stop there. Vicki still carries her Federal Communications Commission (FCC) broadcasting license as a memento of her days as an on-air radio personality in Alabama, Arkansas and Texas.
Her work experience also offered the opportunity to blend career goals and her passion for the fine arts as marketing director of a professional performing and visual arts agency.
Vicki grew up in Western Europe, experiencing the art and architecture of the masters while touring historic cities. She has served as an art docent and as an actor and stage director in community theater before finding her new home in South Louisiana in 1997. Today, the plays that fill her time are the ones made on the football field by her three sons.
